NAMA-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner located in Santa Monica, CA

About Leilani Jeraffi

Leilani is a NAMA-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner who brings both personal experience and extensive clinical training to her work in holistic healing. Her path into Ayurveda began with her own search for balance after years as a professional ballerina, where the demands of discipline and perfection left her struggling with chronic stress, anxiety, and digestive imbalances. Discovering Ayurveda transformed her health and relationship with her body, inspiring her to dedicate her life to guiding others on their healing journeys.

Leilani received her formal training through Kerala Ayurveda Academy under the guidance of Dr. Jayarajan and other distinguished faculty. She completed rigorous clinical internships in Milpitas, California, as well as in India, where she trained at four outpatient hospitals and two inpatient hospitals in Kerala and Bangalore. These immersive experiences offered her invaluable exposure to the breadth and depth of classical Ayurvedic care, shaping her ability to integrate ancient wisdom with modern needs.

In addition to Ayurveda, Leilani is a Certified Nutrition Coach through the National Academy of Sports Medicine and a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher, teaching Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin Yoga. Her holistic approach draws upon this diverse background to help clients restore harmony in body, mind, and spirit.

At Lotus Integrative Medicine, Leilani is dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their innate resilience—bringing balance, clarity, and vitality to their lives.
