Jackie VanSloten
Health and Wellness Coach located in Santa Monica, CA
Jackie VanSloten
Jackie VanSloten is a certified health and performance coach who helps busy, driven people build stronger bodies, steadier habits, and a healthier relationship with themselves. A health coach is a supportive partner trained in behavior change who helps clients turn knowledge into daily action. Coaching focuses on sustainable routines, accountability without shame, and practical strategies around movement, nutrition, stress, sleep, and recovery. Jackie’s clients come to her when they are tired of “trying harder” and are ready to try differently.
Jackie works with a wide range of clients, with women’s health being her primary area of specialization. She has supported people navigating chronic stress and burnout, chronic conditions, fertility and infertility journeys, perimenopause and menopause, gut and hormone concerns, anxiety, fatigue, injury recovery, and persistent pain. Her approach centers on holistic solutions that integrate lifestyle, mindset, environment, and nervous system regulation, while collaborating with medical providers when appropriate.
After spending 15 years in corporate marketing and advertising leading teams and operating in constant high gear, Jackie experienced her own health crisis that forced her to slow down and reevaluate everything. That experience became a turning point and shaped her philosophy that health is not about perfection, willpower, or punishment. It is about compassion, smart training, and sustainable routines that actually fit real life.
As an athlete who surfs, climbs, skis, and spends as much time outdoors as possible, Jackie understands what it means to want your body to feel good, not just look a certain way. Her approach blends evidence-informed behavior change, mindset work, and whole-person coaching that considers stress, relationships, purpose, and lifestyle alongside nutrition and exercise. She believes in small steps that stick, progress over perfection, and real conversations about what is getting in the way.
Jackie works with clients virtually and in person in Santa Monica. When she is not coaching, she is usually outside chasing sunrise surf, climbing granite somewhere beautiful, or cooking for a dinner party with her partner and close friends.
