Carrier of Life Force

Brussel sprouts

The summer season is upon us. With the hustle and bustle of work, family, and your own personal goals it is easy to lose sight of oneself and get caught in warpped thought. Often it is the trivial things we focus on throughout our day that cause so much stress and unnecessary negativity.

Dr. Surrogo reminds us that we must understand there is more to our daily life routine than these trivial variables. It is important to stop and reflect on what our "carrier" life force is.

CARRIER OF LIFE FORCE

I noticed that people generally pay more attention to the flower or the fruit, or in this case the Brussels sprouts without acknowledging the stalk. The stalk is the carrier of life force, bringing energy to each blossom. The blossoms would not exist without the stalk. The stalk represents your vital force flowing through your life direction. Your life direction is the conduit for your vital force. Vital force is a term Naturopathic Doctors use to describe your life energy. Your vital force supports all the elements of your life. The blossoms of your life would not exist without your connection to your direction. Otherwise you are unable to have anything blossom in your life of substance. It is all an illusion in your mind, not a true blossoming or crop of substance.
